My life in a Tea Cup
Picture from: SanDiego ReaderDefend the deserving

Picture from: George Vomvolakis
I have since I was a little kid wanted to go to medical school, my mind has always been set on this. Recently, I changed my mind about what I'm gonna go to college for. I decided I want to go to Law school and become a defense attourney for Cook County. I feel like the town of Chicago needs new people taking care of things, and I feel like it's the same as in the white house. The same people have been running the town for so long, the town is so crooked. I feel that the whole justice system in general needs to take a fresh, new approach to things. I feel like I'm the person to do this.

All men are created Equal
Picture from: Edublogs.comDefine Equality. Are all men really created equal? When the phrase was written in the Declaration it applied only to the white men who owned the land. The slaves and women were not included at the time of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. It seems pretty simple to do, everyone being equal. Equality nowadays refers more to social settings. You are the same as the next person in value, rank in society, and your ability at things. I think that too much emphasis today is put on going with the "norm" of society. The concept of social equality is very rarely ever achieved. Too much importance is put on things such as differeneces between genders, races, religious groups, or income that give some people more opportunities than others.
Peacocks

In Hinduism the peacock is associated with Lakshmi. Lakshmi is the Goddess of wealth and prosperity, both spiritual and material. In lamen terms she represents spiritual prosperity. The peacock then represents patience, kindness, compassion and luck. I am a very compassionate and kind person. Some people may disagree but it's usually because they misunderstand my personality. I am very patient with people, I believe that you have to be to make it anywhere. Compassion, patience, and kindness are three things that most of the world is lacking. People get to rushed with things, and get stressed out. Stress only causes people to get angry. Also these three things go hand in hand. In order to be kind you need to be compassionate, in order to be kind you most of the time need to have patience.
